Green Farms
Used oil, cleaning solvents and batteries are just a few examples of hazardous wastes that accumulate on many farms. And just as with manufacturers and other companies, it is important that waste products that impact the environment are handled correctly.
Stena Gotthard Återvinning and Stena Miljö – in cooperation with the Federation of Swedish Farmers, LRF – now offers a new service called Green Farms to collect all hazardous wastes on the farm. Stena takes care of all permits for transports and intermediate storage, and provides statistics on every farm’s collected wastes.
