It was in connection with the Danish government’s “Environmental Week” that Hans-Christian Schmidt stopped at the smelting plant in Kolding. During his visit the minister was shown the various production stages and was very impressed by Stena Aluminium’s recycled product.

Then followed a brief information session held by the minister for the company’s employees on the Danish government’s goals and efforts regarding solid wastes and recycling.

It was a visit both parties greatly appreciated as well as an interesting experience for the minister.
