Tilda Ahlbom
With an MSc in Biotechnology Engineering from Lund University, Tilda has a focus on process engineering, with additional focus on pharmaceuticals.
"I didn’t know much about Stena Recycling before applying, but the trainee program and a future role as a Production Manager really caught my interest. I saw it as a great opportunity to learn and develop while combining technical, leadership, and organizational skills. After being here for a while, I’m even more positive about Stena and the opportunities it offers."
Even Holm
With a background in renewable energy, industrial economics, and technology management, Even has a particular interest in sustainability and the circular economy.
"My interest in the program comes from my background in renewable energy, industrial economics, and technology management. I’m particularly interested in the circular economy and how businesses can contribute to achieving global sustainability goals. I’m looking forward to learning more about the business side of the organization, while gaining new perspectives and getting to know the other trainees."
Aneta Krajnik
Aneta studied Chemical and Process Engineering and holds a master’s degree in Circular Economy and Climate Protection, with a strong interest in recycling, sustainability, and creating a more circular future.
"During my first week, I was particularly impressed by the large volumes of material arriving at the facility and the amount being processed. It was interesting to see how the material goes through several different stages before becoming finished products ready for sale. Seeing the process firsthand gave me a better understanding of the scale and complexity of the operations."
