We’re looking for a trainee with a passion for digital customer journeys and process innovation—someone who is eager to learn together with us. You’ll have the opportunity to turn your academic knowledge into hands-on experience, participate in relevant training programs, expand your professional network, and build valuable understanding of our business and how we create impact. You will work with experienced colleagues in Stena Confidental to turn operational insights into smart solutions, improve customer experience, and build stronger commercial results.

We are now looking for a trainee to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Qualifications

• You have completed a university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Service Management, Marketing, E- Commerce, or a related field.
• You have a maximum of 2 years of relevant full-time work experience after completing your degree.
• Fluent in Swedish and in English, both written and spoken.
• Resident within commuting distance of Gothenburg.
