On February 17, the Brilliant Awards - Employee Experience was presented. Stena Metall was one of the finalists in this year's edition and ended up in third place in the construction and manufacturing category.

Brilliant Awards - Employee Experience lists the companies that have succeeded in creating a work climate with many committed employees, and is based on data from 250 organizations. A total of 290 000 employee surveys form the basis of the list. Since the prize is 100 % data based, it is the employees' own experiences that determine who wins.
