The Care for Potential Trainee Program is designed to fast-track ambitious graduates into key operational leadership roles. As a Trainee at Stena Recycling, you’ll have the opportunity to turn your academic knowledge into hands-on experience, participate in relevant training programs, expand your professional network, and build valuable understanding of our operations and how we create impact. From day one, you will work with experienced colleagues in operations as a junior Production Manager in Stockholm, Halmstad, Malmö, or Karlstad. The goal is clear – after completing the 10-month program, you will step into the Production Manager role, with continued development toward senior operational leadership.
The program starts in September 2026. We have two positions open in Stockholm, one in Halmstad, one in Malmö, and one in Karlstad.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, industrial economics, business management or related field.
- Up to two years of relevant full-time work experience after graduation.
- Fluent in Swedish and in English, both written and spoken.
- The ability to work on-site in Stockholm, Halmstad, Malmö or Karlstad.
But more importantly:
