During the program, you will:

Wymagania

Qualifications​

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, industrial economics, business, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of relevant post‑graduate experience
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Ability to work on-site in Swarzędz or Siemianowice Śląskie/Sosnowiec or Trzebieńczyce, or Wschowa.
• Readiness to travel across Sweden, Finland, Norway, Poland, and Italy during the program.
• Valid driving licence
• Business‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands‑on approach and eagerness to learn.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to see the big picture, propose practical solutions, and demonstrate leadership potential
• Positive, communicative team player who takes responsibility and ownership beyond their own role
