About the program
The Care for Potential Trainee Program is designed to fast-track ambitious graduates into key operational leadership roles. We are looking for high-potential individuals who combine business acumen with the drive to create measurable results – and who want to build a long-term career within the Stena Metall Group, which Stena Recycling is a part of.

Wymagania
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, industrial economics, business, or a related field
- Up to 2 years of relevant post‑graduate experience
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Willingness to travel within Poland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Italy - no need to worry about the logistics, we’ll take care of that
- Ability to work on-site in Swarzędz or Siemianowice Śląskie/Sosnowiec or Trzebieńczyce, or Wschowa
- Valid driving licence
- An analytical mind who enjoys connecting the dots, sees the big picture, and takes initiative to move projects forward with a can‑do approach
