You will: 

• Join a development program that combines learning with real business contribution
• Turn your academic knowledge into hands-on experience in operations, leadership and sustainability
• Work with trainees and colleagues from Poland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Italy
• Learn from experienced managers (for ex.: Branch Managers, Production Managers) who will support your growth

Wymagania

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, industrial economics, business, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of relevant post‑graduate experience
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Willingness to travel within Poland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Italy - no need to worry about the logistics, we’ll take care of that
• Ability to work on-site in Swarzędz or Siemianowice Śląskie/Sosnowiec or Trzebieńczyce, or Wschowa
• Valid driving licence
• An analytical mind who enjoys connecting the dots, sees the big picture, and takes initiative to move projects forward with a can‑do approach
