During his placement at Stena Confidential Poland, Jakub gained both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, working with operations and logistics while also gaining unexpected insights into documentation and marketing.

As part of her trainee journey, Matilda joined Stena Stål in Sweden, where she contributed to and gained experience in the Digital Solutions department, taking part in product development for their e-commerce platform.
