This summer job is perfect for you who enjoy working with systems, data and text, and who want to contribute to smooth and well‑structured HR processes. Here you will work with international HR administration and learn how modern HR systems support the business.
We are offering a full time summer job from week 26 until the end of august, with the possibility to have one week off during that period if desired. During September we need someone who can work full time with the possibility of flexible hours so the work can be combined with studies.
Your role
As a HR Administrator, you will support the Compensation & Benefits team with practical HR administration. You will work hands‑on in Workday and several other systems, making sure our data is accurate, up to date and well structured.
Your tasks will include:
- Updating and maintaining Workday manuals and documentation
- Working in Workday and other systems
- Ensuring high data quality and correct information in the systems
- Collaborating with HR colleagues in Denmark, Poland, Finland, Italy and Norway
Who we’re looking for
You are a student, preferably within HR, Business Administration, Economics or a similar field.
You are:
- Curious and eager to learn
- Structured, thorough and have an eye for details
- Self‑going and comfortable taking responsibility for your tasks
- Interested in HR, systems and administrative processes
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- A team player with good communication skills
You also:
- Enjoy working in digital systems and learning new tools
- Are comfortable writing texts and documentation
- Are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Previous experience from HR administration or working with systems is a plus, but not required, your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
